Every Franchise Owner is provided with the tools necessary to solve just about any problem. It is our policy to never just “reformat a hard drive” unless all else fails, and we never charge for a “house call” that does not fix the problem.

As a Computer Medics of America®, Inc. Franchise owner you can potentially make anywhere from $30,000 to $100,000 or more per year. A typical day is 1-4 appointments at 1-2 hours per appointment at $40-$95 per hour.

Because almost all Computer Medics of America®, Inc. Franchises are mobile services, the operating costs are minimal yet the tax breaks available allow you to write off your vehicle, computers, and the portion of your home and the utilities used for your office/workspace.

National statistics show that Franchising is a much lower risk compared to an independent business (U.S. Statistics):

We will pay for your Airfare and Hotel. Training is 1 on 1 with the Founder of Computer Medics and takes about 1 week. You will receive both technical and business training.

We cannot guarantee you work from these Partners as some may already have a service provider in your area. We can however guarantee that you will be on high on their list of potential service providers.

We are constantly acquiring more of these relationships. These providers prefer to work with a business such as ours over small independant companies because our people have all been interviewed and trained by us. We have a reputation of being dependable and thorough.

computer medics icon We provide to you, a list of components to stock that have been proven to work. We also provide you with a list of known good suppliers. We do not force you to purchase any parts/software from us.
 
computer medics icon Computer Medics of America®, Inc. owns it's own Web Hosting Company. Franchise owners receive ongoing commissions of 50% from Web Hosting sales. For example: If you sell a Web Hosting Package at $115 per year, you will keep $57.50 of that sale every year.
 
computer medics icon We will purchase your domain name and provide you with a 20mb Web Site at no charge. The site has unlimited email accounts, cgi-bin, Frontpage extensions and more. We will install a few default web pages for you which you can edit or replace at your convenience.
 
computer medics icon You will have access to our Synchronizing Server, which provides you with the most current troubleshooting tools and fixes on a daily basis. This also includes all of the Knowledge Base Fixes for easy searching from your laptop if you're at a location with no Internet access. These tools are a huge advantage for you as this industry changes very quickly.
 
computer medics icon When you want to go on a vacation or just need to take a few days off your phones can be transferred to a neighboring Franchise or to the Head Office so that you can relax and enjoy your time off.

Steps to Own a Computer Medics of America®. Inc. Franchise

STEP 1: Fill out the form here to request our "Information Packet". It also contains general information on our Company as well as the application forms you need to fill out which will provide us some basic information about you.

STEP 2: Review the "Information Packet" and if you want to proceed, please fax the application forms to 1-866-6698828. You may also scan and attach them to This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it or even snail mail them to the address provided in the packet.

STEP 3: After reviewing your application we will arrange a telephone interview. This is the time for you to ask questions of us too. It is imperative that all Franchisees are a good match for the Computer Medics of America®, Inc. family. We reserve the right to reject the application of candidates that we feel are not qualified to operate a Computer Medics of America®, Inc. Franchise. If we both agree to proceed, we move on to the next step.

STEP 4: You will be emailed a copy of our Uniform Franchise Offering Circular (UFOC) and the Franchise Agreement. We encourage you to have these documents reviewed by your local Attorney experienced in Franchise Law.

STEP 5: We are required by law to give you 10 days to review these documents. At the end of the 10 days, we will check in with you to see if you are interested in closing the sale. If you have decided to do so, we will make arrangements with you to receive payment of your Franchise fee and your signed documents. We will then set up your training schedule and make your travel arrangements for you.

STEP 6: You will come up to Alaska for training for at least a week. Once your training is completed, you will return home and be excited to set up and open your Franchise!! We will be there for support for the life of your Franchise Agreement so you can call on us at any time day or night to help you out or answer any questions.
